Need Your High School Transcript?
As of July 1, 2004, the Dougherty
County School System will require payment for transcript service at
the time a request is submitted. Payment may be made by money order or
cash. The charge is $5.00 per document. Requests are accepted either
by U.S. Mail or in person. Telephone and/or e-mail transcripts are not
accepted. We are unable to process credit card payments for transcript
services. If you left the Dougherty County School System more than three years ago, download and complete the Student Transcript Request Form and mail it or deliver it in person to obtain transcript copies.

1. Your full name and
address and any names you formerly used. Send your written request to:
Student Transcript Request Ordering an Official DCSS Transcript in Person To order your DCSS transcript in person, come to the Transcript Request Window, Student Records Office, Isabella Complex, 300 Cason Street, to complete a transcript request form and present photo identification. When necessary, same day pick-up is possible for 1-5 copies of your official transcript. There is a $5.00 per copy transcript fee that is payable after you complete the order. Payment is accepted by cash or money order only. The Student Records Office is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The phone number is 229-431-1287. Additional Information
