Professional Member Ms. Barbara Marshall and Primary Adviser Mrs. Dorothy L. Lewis coordinated an activity to honor all veterans at Dougherty Comprehensive High School on Thursday, November 10.  The veterans were served lunch and honored with a display of their service and accomplishments in the military.

Former DCHS Officer Presented College Awareness Tips

Former FBLA Officer, Miss Tyrah Rucks, was the guest speaker at Dougherty Comprehensive High School FBLA business meeting on November 15, 2011.  Miss Rucks presented an overview on college expectations and preparation for college. She related the presentation to her personal experiences from high school to college.  

DCHS/FBLA Officer Presents American Free Enterprise Presentation

Brianna Thomas, DCHS/FBLA Secretary, presented a multimedia presentation explaining the American Free Enterprise System on November 15, American Free Enterprise Day.  The students completed a scavenger hunt on the types, functions, and characteristics of money for door prizes.
