Ms. Holmes has been nominated as President- elect of the Professional Association of Georgia Educators. Her term of office as President-elect will run from June 30, 2009 through July 30, 2010. Congratulations, Ms. Holmes. We are proud of you!
This year's reading theme is "Reading is the Greatest Show on Earth". Our AR kick-off celebration was held on Wednesday, September 2nd. A magician from Atlanta dazzled us to read!
Lincoln was named a Georgia School of Excellence school on November 6, 2009 by Kathy Cox. This is the third time since 2005 that Lincoln has been named a Georgia School of Excellence school. Congratulations!
Grandparents Day was held September 11, 2009 from 8:30am to 11:30am. Children acted as tour guides and showed their families around the school. They also enjoyed refreshments and had their pictures made.
