 Mrs.
Allyson Jones, Media Specialist
Mrs. Allyson Jones is a native of Albany, Georgia.
She and her husband have three children:
McKenna,
Sarah Parker and Jonathan. Mrs. Jones attended
Westover High School and graduated from University
of Georgia with a Bachelors’ degree in Early
Childhood Education. She has a Masters degree in
Instructional Technology from the Valdosta State
University and a
Specialists' Degree in Leading and Learning from
Georgia Southwestern State University. Mrs. Jones taught school in Athens,
Atlanta, and Albany.
This is her 16th year in the
Dougherty County School System.

 Mrs.
Cristen Everett, Media
Specialist
Mrs. Cristen Everett is a native of Albany, Georgia.
She and her husband have two children:
Virginia and Ben. Mrs. Everett attended
Westover High School and received a Bachelors’
degree in Business Education from University of
Georgia. She received her Specialists’ degree in
Instructional Technology from Valdosta State
University.
This is Mrs. Everett’s 9th year in
the Dougherty County School System.

 Mrs.
Nona Jernigan, Media Assistant
Nona Jernigan is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and
has lived in Albany,
Georgia for nineteen years.
She and her husband have two boys. The oldest
is at the University of Georgia and the youngest is
a graduate of Georgia Southwestern University.
Mrs.
Jernigan has an Associate Degree in Fashion
Merchandising from Bauder College, Atlanta.
She is a graduate of Woodward Academy in
College Park, Georgia and is currently attending
Darton College for a degree in Middle School
Education.
Mrs. Jernigan has worked for the Dougherty
County School System for 18 Years.
