• Transfer Process for Certified Employees and Paraprofessionals

    The employee transfer period is March 8 through March 17, 2021. 

     

    To be eligible to transfer an employee must have completed two (2) consecutive years at their current school, and cannot be on a Professional Learning Plan (PLP).

     

    Step 1:  In order to request a transfer, an employee must click on the link below and complete all required questions and documentation.

    Step 2:  Principals/directors will receive an email when an employee from his/her location submits a transfer form. The transfers for his/her location will populate on the Employee Transfer Request Form spreadsheet that has been shared with him/her. He/She is required to sign-off on the eligibility of the employee transfer on this spreadsheet.

     **The principal/director should type his/her initials if the employee is eligible to transfer or type NO if the employee is not eligible.** 


    Step 3:  As a principal/director signs off on an employee, the employee will be added to the Eligible Employee Transfer list which has been shared with principals/directors. If a principal/director wants to pick up an eligible employee, the Principal Request for Eligible Employee Transfer form must be completed by 5:00 p.m., on March 19, 2021. In order to be valid, the principal/director must complete the form so that his/her email is collected.
