Transfer Process for Certified Employees and Paraprofessionals
The employee transfer period is March 6 through March 15, 2023.
To be eligible to transfer an employee must have completed two (2) consecutive years at their current school, and cannot be on a Professional Learning Plan (PLP).
Step 1: In order to request a transfer, an employee must click on the link below and complete all required questions and documentation.
Step 2: Principals/directors will receive an email when an employee from his/her location submits a transfer form. The transfer requests for his/her location will populate on an Employee Transfer Request Form spreadsheet that has been shared with him/her. He/she is required to sign-off on the eligibility of the employee transfer on the spreadsheet.
Step 3: As a principal/director signs off on an employee, the employee will be added to the Eligible Employee Transfer list which has been shared with principals/directors.
