The vision of the DCSS Department of Leadership Development and Capacity is to produce and sustain high-performing, transformational leaders who lead and model a growth-mindset grounded in equity. To realize this vision, the office has developed a framework of leadership development that empowers leaders to build capacity and grow within a set of established best practices.
