Replacement Diplomas

To order a replacement diploma, please contact Herff Jones located in Tifton, GA at 229-382-6837. 

Transcript and Records Requests

  • Recent Graduates and Current Students

Recent graduates (within the last year) and currently enrolled students should contact the Records Clerk of their high school to request a transcript. Do not order transcripts from this site.

  • Official Transcripts 

Former students, businesses, or colleges requesting an official transcript should complete requests using this URL (https://docoschoolsga.scriborder.com). 

The cost of an official transcript is $12.00 (includes service fee).

  • Dougherty County Employees and Military Personnel (Active or Retired)

Employees of the Dougherty County School System and active or retired military personnel may request a transcript at no cost. This complimentary service requires an upload of the employee ID badge or military ID. 

Once verified, the transcript cost of $12.00 will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Graduation Verification Letter

Former students or businesses seeking verification of graduation and/or attendance for employment purposes may request such verification using this URL (https://docoschoolsga.scriborder.com). 

The cost of a verification letter is $12.00 (includes service fee)

  • Faxed Transcripts

If a faxed transcript is requested, please ensure the correct fax number is included with the request. Verified that the college/university or business receiving the transcript accepts faxed transcripts is advised prior to completing a transcript request. 

  • Process Time

The Transcripts and Student Records Office fulfills most requests within three business days. Mailed requests may require additional time for the U.S. Postal Services delivery.

  • Refunds

Once a confirmation number is received and the request is processed, Dougherty County School System is unable to issue a refund.


Dougherty County School System partners with a third party to securely transmit transcripts electronically to colleges, employers, and government agencies. This convenience incurs a service fee of $5.00 which is included in the cost of all transcript requests.
