What. A. MOMENT! The nail-biting competition had the entire media center holding its breath… and when the final word was spelled correctly, a thunderous applause erupted — a sound we’re pretty sure those walls had never heard before!
Surrounded by proud families, cameras, and pure excitement, 7th Grader Dalilah Cowart captured the 1st Place Spelling Bee Championship, outlasting a fierce and brilliant competitor, Tristyn Hardy (8th Grade).
With nearly 20 talented students vying for the coveted title, Dalilah rose to the moment and took the crown! She will represent Panther Nation at the upcoming District Spelling Bee! 👑
