Our 9th-grade Academy of Medical Arts students recently traded their desks for a high-tech hospital environment during an exciting visit to the Phoebe Simulation and Innovation Center. Students explored a world-class facility featuring an operating trauma room, an ICU, and a labor and delivery suite, all designed to mirror the actual clinical spaces used by Phoebe staff. By engaging with high-fidelity medical mannequins and virtual reality simulations, students practiced vital clinical skills and experienced the importance of teamwork and quick thinking in real-time.
