Exciting news from this past weekend’s First Robotics Competition:
While our Robotics Team did not place first overall, they are incredibly proud to share that the team earned the Judges’ Award. This recognition highlights the students’ hard work, creativity, perseverance, and overall impact throughout the competition.
With Dr. Yineka Jefferson's first year as coach, this achievement truly speaks volumes about the teams’ dedication and growth. The team represented Westover with excellence and demonstrated strong teamwork, problem-solving, and resilience on a competitive stage.
Most importantly, the team did not walk away empty-handed; they walked away with an award that reflects its character and potential. This experience has laid a strong foundation for continued growth and future success for Westover Robotics!
