WEATHER UPDATE (8/29/2023, 4:30 p.m.) After conferring with local and state emergency management officials, out of an abundance of caution, Dougherty School System schools will be closed Wednesday, August 30th in anticipation of the arrival of severe weather associated with Hurricane Idalia.
