We are bursting with pride for our Albany Middle School Junior Beta Club! On March 17-18, our students traveled to Jekyll Island for their very first Regional Leadership Summit.
Our young leaders stepped up to the challenge, competing against peers from across the region in rigorous "Beta Challenges" focused on our four core pillars: Achievement, Character, Leadership, and Service. We are thrilled to announce that AMS has officially qualified for the National Junior Beta Club Conference in two categories:
✅ Beta Blitz
✅ Collaboration Connection
This incredible debut performance has earned our students a trip to Nashville, Tennessee, this June to compete on the national stage! Please join us in congratulating these outstanding scholars and leaders for representing the "Indians" with such excellence.

Saturday School provide additional instructional support for our students, plus it can serve as an opportunity for students to recoup attendance when appropriate. A student can receive credit for one (1) absence, if student attends two (2) Saturday School sessions. Student must sign-in and out for each session!

Due to the severe storm system moving through our area, school will be canceled tomorrow, Monday, March 16.
Our primary concern is the safety of our students, staff, and their families. According to the latest afternoon update from WALB, the weather conditions in our viewing area are expected to be hazardous.
