It is a single page that includes both the front and back, covering all subjects. School is closed on Tuesday, November 11th, in observance of Veterans Day.
3. Our Show Chorus will perform at 11:00 at the Phoebe Veterans Day Program in the Phoebe Putney Health System building.
4. Tuesday, November 18th, at 5:00 is PTO and STEM Night.

1. Our Lakers had a great time dressing up while celebrating Red Ribbon Week. We talked about making healthy choices and committed to staying drug-free.
2. DCSS has initiated "85 & Thrive" Accelerated Reader competition. They have challenged students to strive for an 85 or higher on each A.R. test and are celebrating the schools with the highest A.R. averages. I am thrilled to share that Lake Park is currently in the top 5, holding 4th place. We want our Lakers to shine! Please encourage your child to prioritize reading their A.R. book and taking A.R. tests. We are confident that our little Lakers can do it! Thank you for your support.
