Good Morning Monroe High Parents,
Just a reminder as we complete the first semester of SY 25-26. Classes start at 8:20. Students are late when they are not in class at 8:20. When students are tardy 3 times they have to report to In School Suspension until we have a Mandatory Parent Conference. Conferences are Tuesday 2:00-3:00; Monday and Thursday at 9:00-10:00.
Parents it is vital that our students are in class and ready to work at 8:20.
Thank you for your support in helping our students at The Ponderosa 💚💚🌪️💛💛

This October, students are engaging in our Bullying Prevention Month with the message: “You Belong Here.”
We’re encouraging them to use their voice — to support, include, and speak up for one another. You might ask:
“When do you feel like you really belong?”
It’s a powerful conversation that can spark confidence and connection.
This October, we’re celebrating Bullying Prevention Month with the theme “You Belong Here.”
We’re helping students learn the power of kindness, friendship, and including others.
Ask your child: “What’s one way you made someone feel like they belonged today?”
Small acts of kindness make a big difference — at school and at home. -DCSS

Good Afternoon Parents/ Guardians,
Please complete The Migrant Occupational Survey for us. This is an important tool used by the MEP to determine if children or their relatives qualify for services.
The MEP is a federally funded program that provides academic and supportive services to children and families who have moved to Dougherty County within the last three years to work in agriculture or fishing. This program helps students overcome challenges such as frequent moves, educational disruption, cultural and language differences, and health-related problems.
