MAGNET APPLICATIONS: Magnet school and program applications are now live for the 2025-2026 school year. Deadline for application is April 11. You can find them on the DCSS website at www.docoschools.org/magnetapps.
High school student schedules for the 2026–2027 school year will be available in the Parent & Student Portal from May 22–June 5 for review.
Schedules are tentative and may change due to enrollment, staffing, and scheduling adjustments.
Please review schedules carefully to ensure:
Graduation requirements are correct
Requested courses are accurate
Required courses are included
Schedule changes will NOT be made for teacher preference, lunch preference, friends, preferred class periods, or elective changes after deadlines.
If you identify a legitimate scheduling concern, please complete the Google Form linked in the portal documents. School counselors will review submissions and follow up directly with families and students.
Please do not call schools or counselor offices regarding schedule changes during this review window.

We have rescheduled the Honors Day program until May 20th for 9-11th grade. Seniors will be honored at Class Night on Friday May 15th.
We will host the Safe Driving Summit on our campus today for students. Thank you to the DCSS Board of Education, Law Enforcement Agencies, First Responders, The Coroners Office, Phoebe, and all other agencies that this event possible.

Good Morning Monroe High Parents,
Just a reminder as we complete the first semester of SY 25-26. Classes start at 8:20. Students are late when they are not in class at 8:20. When students are tardy 3 times they have to report to In School Suspension until we have a Mandatory Parent Conference. Conferences are Tuesday 2:00-3:00; Monday and Thursday at 9:00-10:00.
Parents it is vital that our students are in class and ready to work at 8:20.
